Our Mission
To assist social health care businesses achieve legal compliance with excellent levels of care and providing our clients with total peace of mind.
We work with residential and nursing homes, home care agencies, supported living and extra care providers and day care centres across South Wales.
The service includes assistance with in-house policies and procedures, pre and post CSSIW inspection support, full Care Regulation management systems for CSSIW registration purposes and on-going business management, development and implementation of improved procedures to meet and exceed the National Minimum Standards, social health care specific training courses, H&S audits and full H&S management systems.
We aim to be different from our competitors by delivering a customised service developed to specifically meet the needs of our clients. We do not provide a one size fits all service as each business we work with has very different needs.
Our services are available to purchase in two distinct formats: either on a ‘as needed basis’ or a ‘monthly outsourcing service’
